People Behind the Company.
Since 2010, Fulham Performance has been helping London's property professionals present their properties at their absolute best, trusted by some of the capital's largest and most prestigious estate agents, as well as independent firms who want the same level of care on every instruction, big or small.
But the experience behind the company goes back further still. Our photographers, CAD technicians and CGI artists each bring their own years in the industry, some with many years, built up long before Fulham Performance was founded. That experience shows in the instinct they've built: knowing how to read a room, capture it at its best, or draw a plan that's accurate down to the last measurement.
Every member of our team brings real, hands-on experience in the field they work in, whether that's behind the camera or behind the drawing board. That's not something we outsource or shortcut; it's the foundation of everything we deliver.
We're proud to have a dedicated in-house CAD team and retouchers working behind the scenes. It means our photographers can stay focused on what they do best out in the field, while every plan is checked, refined and ready to amend with the same level of care.
Behind it all is our admin team: the first point of contact and the people who keep everything moving. They reply fast, chase down whatever needs chasing, and handle every query like it's the only one on their desk. Because your time is valuable, and it should stay yours, not spent waiting on us.
