Legal
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short because this website does very little with it.

Who we are
Fulham Performance Ltd ("we", "us") operates this website. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.
Our registered office is Sutton Point, 6 Sutton Plaza, London, SM1 4FS. We are registered in England and Wales with company number 07295796, and our VAT registration number is 993141115.
If you have a question about this notice, or about the information we hold about you, contact us at office@fulhamperformance.co.uk or on 020 7371 5697.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal information in one place only: the enquiry form on our contact page. When you use it, we ask for your name, your email address, the type of work you need and your message. A phone number is optional and the form works without it.
We use Umami to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, it does not collect anything that identifies you, and it does not follow you to other websites. We use no advertising and no tracking cookies. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, as a normal part of running a web server and protecting it from attack. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to quote for the work and, if you go ahead, to carry it out. That is our lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. If we ever want to send you anything other than a reply to your enquiry, we will ask you first and you will be able to stop it at any time.
Who else sees it
Enquiries submitted through the form will be passed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and are then held in our email system. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of these acts on our instructions and under its own terms of service, and none of them uses your enquiry for its own marketing.
We may share your information where the law requires it. Otherwise we do not disclose it to anyone outside our own team.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for at least two years from the last time we were in meaningful contact with you, meaning the last time you actually communicated with us about our services. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, and no longer than we need them.
Where your information is held
Our website and our form delivery service are provided by companies that operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, it is protected by the safeguards those providers put in place under UK data protection law, such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Ask us using the contact details above and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page before the change goes live. That includes adding analytics or advertising tags, embedding third party content such as virtual tours, adding spam protection to the contact form, and any tracking that runs at our hosting provider rather than in the page itself.
